    I totally agree with Mr.Ambler. They (.WEB) deserve to be included in the A-root. They are innovators. New.net deserves this, too. These companies are the real innovators. Let IOD & New.net in.

    Not New.net. They blew their chance to operate a legitimate TLD as soon as they established their alternate root, as far as I'm concerned. They're not innovators; they're sore losers who were hoping to make a fast buck. It's unfortunate, but it's true. :)

    P.S. New.net's parent company, Idealab!, is in serious financial trouble, from what I've seen and heard. I'll go out on a limb, but I predict they'll shut New.net down. Obviously, they can't make money at it. No one buys a domain name knowing only some of the Internet users can access it. :P
