I have been having issues with this. I am the lead programmer of a successful game company, "J-J-J-Julius Games". Our site is at jjjjulius.com [jjjjulius.com]. Sometimes a less educated person, though, puts the wrong number of j's in front of our URL.
The thing is, this used to just serve up a "page not found", at which point they would wise up and type in the right URL or use a search engine. With the "Sitefinder" they think we have been acquired, though, and go to some inferior game company [valvesoftware.com].
I am in full support of ICANN to stop these abuses.
Cheers,
Steve Woston

These are good comments, Steve. I would suggest you submit them to both ICANN's public comment forum and the At-Large Advisory Committee's.
They will then be publicly posted and "on the record."
