yes, they have.
i never contested the "AOL" names - you really need to read my Defence (Response) to understand this case... The Appendices were ESSENTIAL to the case and UTTERLY DAMNING AGAINST AOL, that is why the Panel refused to consider them.
Corruption pure and simple.
