WIPO does not decide the cases. The cases are decided by panelists, and many of them in my opinion appear to be fair. I personally win more than 80% of my cases for domain owners. I have handled close to 100 UDRP cases and I have seen no signs of corruption or fraud. I won't attack your opinion or logic. This is my opinion and I base it on my own experience.
