WIPO makes the rules on which the cases are decided. They want to increase UDRP to include country names and government organizations.
If you wrote a book entitled "South Africa", do the rights to this book belong to that countries government?
No - of course not.
Perhaps you will tell us then - do people have every right to use words for whatever legal reason they wish?
If so - tell us why Sunrise and UDRP do not abridge the use of words by ordinary people.

With 100 cases, I bet you have seen lawyers making lots of money from this corrupt unlawful system though. And seen at least 80% try overreach their trademark - based on your figures.

I truly and honestly believe my opinion and logic correct and that it can be proven in a court of law - I have ALWAYS welcomed reasoned argument against it.
WIPO are corrupt because they said that there was no solution to prevent consumer confussion. It is indisputable that the answer was self-evident - PLEASE try and dispute it.

As somebody in legal profession, why are you afraid to answer this then - can a trademark use their mark to prevent others from conducting legal commerce?
