IMO it is easy to see where Professors Manheim and Solum are coming from.
To screw the most people for the most money.

End of objective analysis. Pathetic - what passes for intellect in some people.
Yes - just look at the twenty-two billion UK pounds generated in their auction for 3G.
We in the UK know that auctions are the wrong way to go about this.
