As usual, one does not understand why trademark holders (especially since they *already* have their own reserved space under .tm.se) should have priority in getting names. There are other relevant distinctive marks (for example, personal names for individuals) that deserve to have at least the same level of priority as trademarks. (Unless you mean that the only proper usage for the World Wide Web is to sell goods.)
