    As Humpty Dumpty asked: Who is the master, we or the words? Your approach turns DNS into something that even trademark law hasn't been able to do over the last 500 years - dedicate a word to a specific, permanent, and exclusive use.

    As was pointed out - you can build your system and you can try to sell it. But instead what you are trying to do is to impose your view of the world on the rest of us.

    You can go out and buy "everything-to-the-left-of-this-claims-to-be-a-tra demark.com" and give your taxinomy a whirl. Remember, on the Internet, running code is king.

    Alternatively, I suggest that you take a look at a thing called a URI. Then go to IANA, get a prefix that says "what follows is my taxonomy of names". That way there is a well known syntax that clearly identifies your name space and tells the world that you set the rules inside that name space.

    My guess is that inside your name space you will have to disambiguate between names using things such as the jurisdiction under which a name is claimed as a mark; the registration number, if any; the date of expiration (what are you going to do about lapsed or abandoned marks, not to mention common-law marks or those particularly troublesome things called famous marks?

    If you can work all of that out into a name syntax that does not depend upon the context in which it is used and does not depend on a human to disambiguate, then go forth and show the world how to do it.

    Enough damage has been done to DNS by the semantic grabbing of trademark people. Please don't add to it by trying to add yet another layer of semantic religion on a system never designed to hold it.
