Another fascinating (and, quite frankly, idiotic) piece of Byfield rhetorics: First, you re-interpret a summary of secretariat functions (and that's really all IANA does with respect to protocol parameters!) as "boasting dozens of technical accomplishments", and then you say that they're most likely incompetent about the details of these technologies. So what? You don't need to understand the in-depth details of a protocol in order to maintain a list of unique identifiers used by that protocol.
