I think I understand this a bit... One could subscribe to a daily
upload of say 10% of the root zone that is actually useful and
void of all the ***** ... The software that resolved the dns
would have all the information on the end users system so no
isp, rsp, xyz, or no other anyone could "control" the portion
of the internet that you wish your family to see and use....
You would have a choice of which company to subscribe to
the root services... Very very interesting... whitehouse.com
could actually be a real site about the whitehouse and
amazone.com could actually be information about a river.
If someone actually subscribes (and pays real money) to
have information sent to them about private or public sites
on the internet, then how could anyone have any complaint
about that? I also think that having multiple subscriptions
for portions of the zone could also be useful. Say I want the
sports and travel zone sections published by St. Luke Baptist
Church or SafeRootsServices. Of the two hundred root service
subscriptions I wonder which will be the most popular. Any
so called "collisions" will be resolved by the priority value assigned
by the end user. This will drive a good lawyer crazy and an
ip attorney insane.

Very simple. The RS-DNS is a pure RootServer (see the Root Server property of Verisign in ex.) , but is posible for you to have a RootServer in your company.
The benefits?
the owner of RS controls Internet
if there are many owners there is more democracy
