The bondillc.com link now points to dotgenie, so perhaps they have become a dotgenie reseller. Dotgenie is also not listed as an ICANN accredited registrar (interestingly, dotgenie's home page is now not resolving), but it is part of ICANN accredited registrar Parava Networks, Inc. d/b/a RegistrateYa.com and nAAme.com. Dotgenie and bondillc share the same host.
BTW Marco Publishing, that's Marc Ostrofsky of bondi, lost out in an attempt to grab cars.biz.
I also found this interesting. While ICANN regulates the price of gTLD domain names, Communist China will now leave it up to the open market to set the price of its .cn names. domain names. While I don't think ICANN should be acting as price Commissar, I do think they need to yank the accreditation of a few of these rogue registrars, even if they signed the letter, as did Parava, and they should also go after those entities falsely claiming to be ICANN accredited. -g
