They don't want the money now. From the text of the email quoted on this thread:You DO NOT have to pay us anything right now. [...] If we DO MANAGE to get _______.biz for you, we will charge you a modest fee of $149.[their EMPHASIS] The address is also clearly stated. They're on the sixth floor here:

I've seen similar driving directions given on the websites of various well-funded Silicon Valley startups. I think what they're doing is wrong and they should lose their ICANN accreditation (little chance of that), but let's be accurate. -g
