Yeah right, do you think that the board ever sees these comments, much less considers or discusses them?
Do you think that all those "comments" are so crystal clear that there is never should be a question from ICANN for clarification? Or is it simply that they are never read by anyone who cares?
As the the current proposal, there is overwhelming concensus (see, I can learn from Mike Roberts) that the Lynn proposal is silly, lame, and ought to be ignorred as comprising a senseless extension of ICANN regulation.
