New .net agreement not etched in stone?

This after 33 registrars (including the major ones, like Network Solutions?) raised a fuss at Luxembourg, citing breach of trust. That could, and could still if this is a delaying tactic or fob off, lead to YAILS (yet another ICANN LawSuit). Is there any part of the .net redelegation that ICANN got right or did by the rules? -g"
