dtobias writes "The first UDRP case to be filed regarding the .aero top level domain has just been decided. The registrant of aeroturbine.aero was allowed to keep its domain despite a challenge from a company with a registered trademark to the name "AEROTURBINE". The complainant already owns aeroturbine.com as well as the .net and .org versions, so this case was a "win" for the concept of new TLDs providing a place on the Internet for different entities from the ones that grabbed "their" names in the existing TLDs.

While the complainant had a registered trademark and the respondent did not, the respondent actually was in business longer, though in a prior legal case between the two companies it was ruled that the respondent's use of "Aero Turbine" as their trade name was not the sort of use that results in trademark rights.
