[Editor's Note: Minutes??? A mere two and a half weeks after the meeting? You jest!
Whaddaya think, they use computers or something over there at ICANN? Or that informing the public even figures on their list of priorities?
As we and others have noted before, just because ICANN writes down a rule doesn't mean it thinks it has to follow it. This is why no one in their right mind can trust it. -mf]
