Look, Mr. Twomey was perfectly up front during the WSIS conference, when he said, "At ICANN, anybody can attend meetings, appeal decisions or go to ombudsmen."
(http://www.techworld.com/news/index.cfm?fuseactio n=displaynews&newsid=750)
Now Mr. Twomey says there are ombudsmen. For Prof. Katsch to dispute this statement, and to therefore call Mr. Twomey a liar, is the kind of rabid ICANN criticism that shows there is no depth to which bombthrowers like Prof. Katsch will refuse to lower themselves.
This kind of rabid denial of reality is precisely why objective websites like www.icannfacts.org will remain a much more reliable source of accurate and current information about ICANN.
