Sitefinder's TOS - What if you don't agree to it?

Robert Tindle writes "YOUR USE OF THE VERISIGN SERVICES IS AT YOUR OWN RISK. IF YOU ARE DISSATISFIED WITH ANY OF THE MATERIALS, RESULTS OR OTHER CONTENTS OF THE VERISIGN SERVICES OR WITH THESE TERMS AND CONDITIONS, OUR PRIVACY STATEMENT, OR OTHER POLICIES, YOUR SOLE REMEDY IS TO DISCONTINUE USE OF THE VERISIGN SERVICES OR OUR SITE.
That last part 'OR OUR SITE'... I don't agree with the TOS and I don't want to use their site anymore.. yet there is no way to 'discontinue use' of their site, I'm 'forced' to use this site each time I make a typo?"

"Not sure if it even matters to anyone, but I'd think that in itself is grounds for them to remove sitefinder, since there is no way to not use it. Someone at least sue them for it eh?"
