ICM Registry Submits Revised Proposed .XXX Registry Agreement

ICANN posted today a revised proposed .XXX registry agreement submitted by ICM Registry. The agreement is being posted for public review and comment prior to consideration by the ICANN Board at its meeting on 10 May 2006. Additional information regarding the .XXX sTLD application is available at http://www.icann.org/tlds/stld-apps-19mar04/ . Comments on the proposed agreement can be posted to xxx-tld-agreement@icann.org and may be viewed at http://forum.icann.org/lists/xxx-tld-agreement .

One thing working for ICM Registry: by delaying as it has, ICANN allowed itself the luxury to debate and decide in a secret meeting rather than a public one.
