DNS Belgium Seeks Your Input

dmehus writes "I was looking up the transfer and expiration policies for BE country-code domain names, and came across an exciting poll. DNS Belgium, the registry administrator of the beTLD, is conducting a user poll until November 30th, 2003 to determine whether or not users want to see an expiry date included in its registry Whois database.

Presently, it only includes the created and last updated dates. A quick look at the current tally of the poll shows 46.49% in favour of including an expiry date, and 53.51% not in favour. Total votes cast: 4,218.
In case you're curious, I voted yes and encourage you to do the same."
