Kathryn doesn't give the email address but according to icann.org it is whois-workshop@icann.org. Crsnic.net hasn't heard of icann.org although they are no longer an authoritative source, but my tools tell me icann.org email is handled by pechora.icann.org. A traceroute tells me that there is a DNS error at 207.151.118.18 which is Los Nettos, USC Information Sciences Institute, Marina del Rey. Much as I'd like to blame this one on ICANN apologist extrordinaire and keeper of the master switch Kent Crispin [icann.org], it's just possible this one is due to some other MdR idiot. -g
