If criminality is reason enough to redelegate, then perhaps the ccTLD .pn (Pitcairn Island, home to the descendants of the Bounty mutineers) may [stuff.co.nz] soon be up for redelegation. It wouldn't be the first time [iana.org]. -g

It is clear that teh likely hood or the ITU and/or ICANN
will be attempting to "Play it's games" with ther
potential of redelication of .IQ and the rebuilding of
the Iraqi internet.
Yet it is possible if not likely that depending on
how the democratization of Iraq begins and perhaps
proceeds under Gen. Garner's temporary oversight
that there will be some concern as to ICANN's
illigitimate and so called required contract requirenments
in such a redeligation, which is definately needed. It has
also come to my attention some time ago that other
ccTLD designations for the different factions inside
of Iraq may well be a strong consideration. .IRQ
perhaps.
