New (ish) forum for DNS ideas
posted by DavidP on Thursday November 07 2002, @03:42AM
Perhaps this is old news for some of you, but I've just taken a look at the new CircleID website, and I think its worth a look. Billing itself as a bi-weekly web publication on domain name and internet addressing issues, it looks like it could be developing an interesting collection of thoughtful essays on these topics -- current issue has a couple of articles on the WHOIS questions, a report on the At-Large meeting in Shanghai, and a couple of other interesting pieces. If the governing principle is that the more voices heard in these discussions, and the more thoughtful those voices, the better, as I think it is, then this looks like a welcome addition to the fold.

Dear Madam/Sir,
CircleID Network works hard to offer a constructive medium for Internet experts, stakeholders, and individuals around the world. We encourage contribution of ideas, opinions, and criticisms towards the improvement of the Domain Name System and related policies around the world. Consequently, we look for constructive, thought provoking articles that offer valid arguments worthy of the attention of our readers. All articles go through a careful review and editing process, which does NOT include any form of personal discriminations.
Best Regards,
Ali Farshchian
