First rule of comedy (and ICANN) is timing. As I posted this topic, the evolution and reform committee published its blueprint for reform. Unlike the earlier May 31st recommendations, the blueprint does recognize the At Large process -- see section on the nominating committee and its selection. It recognizes the At Large in a minimal way, in an inconclusive way, and of course did not ask for comments on At Large during it's outreach.
